Kindergarten Is To Blame
I went to kindergarten, I learned to tell the time
And that was the beginning of my life of crime
Chorus: Oh kindergarten, kindergarten is to blame!
I went to kindergarten and I have never been the same.
I went to kindergarten, began to learn to read
and to organize my cubby – skills every criminal needs
1 and 1 are 2, 2 and 1 are 3
I should have stayed home learned social skills on TV
2 and 2 are 4, 4 and 1 are 5
send the paddy wagon, kindergarteners have arrived!
2 and 1 are 3, 3 and 3 are 6, my moral
compass broke in kindergarten now it can’t be fixed
3 and 4 are 7, 4 and 4 are 8
I went to kindergarten and that sealed my awful fate
4 and 5 are 9, 5 and 5 are 10
education is expensive, well let’s try ignorance then!
Kindergarten’s evil and Head Start is depraved
Thank heavens for the budget cuts, our children will be saved!

“…Not to be outdone, Representative Bob Kingsbury said he’s been working on a theory since 1996, when he analyzed local crime rates and compared them to a list of communities that offered public kindergarten. Then, he told his colleagues, Laconia offered kindergarten and had the highest rates of crime. Meanwhile, surrounding towns, some of which didn’t offer kindergarten, had less crime. “We’re taking children away from their mothers too soon,” Kingsbury concluded.
Kingsbury wrote to all of his then state representatives, informing them of his research. To his dismay, the state Legislature has since joined the remaining 49 states in mandating public kindergarten. “And we have more crime today,” he said.
In addition to kindergarten, Kingsbury also linked the rise of crime to the decline of gun ownership and to fact that boxing is no longer taught in school or offered as a sport. Both Accornero and Kingsbury are freshmen Republicans seeking second terms this fall. “ laconiadailysun.com
